2. conclusion of the contract
With your order you make a binding offer to us to conclude a contract with you. With the sending of an order confirmation by e-mail to you or the delivery of the ordered goods we can accept this offer. First you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail to the e-mail address you specified (order confirmation). However, a sales contract is only concluded with the dispatch of our order confirmation by e-mail to you or with the delivery of the ordered goods.
When ordering via our online shop, the ordering process comprises a total of five steps. In the first step you select the desired goods. In the second step, you enter your customer data including billing address and possibly different delivery address (unless you have already registered and are logged in). In the third step you choose how you want to pay. In the fourth step, choose the shipping method. In the last step you have the possibility to check all details (e.g. name, address, payment method, ordered items) again and correct them if necessary before you send us your order by clicking on 'Send order'.
3. prices, forwarding expenses, return costs with revocation
All prices are final prices, they contain the legal value added tax. EYD does not charge a minimum order value. To get detailed information about our shipping costs & conditions, please have a look at the 'Shipping costs'.
As far as you make use of an existing right of withdrawal, you have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you at a higher price of the goods at the time of the revocation not yet the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise the return is free of charge for you. Details see point 8 revocation instruction.
4. terms of delivery
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, we ship the goods within 1-2 working days of completion of the individually produced goods (provided payment is received). Duration of the production time is indicated at the time of the order, or can be seen on the web page in the right column.
5. terms of payment
The payment takes place alternatively by prepayment (-1% discount) or PayPal. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods. If you choose the payment method advance payment, we will give you the bank details after completion of your order. You will receive the confirmation by email. This contains the invoice in PDF format. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 10 days. You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.
6. warranty
The warranty is governed by the statutory provisions. As far as used goods are subject of the sales contract and the buyer is not a consumer, the warranty is excluded. If the customer is a consumer, the warranty period for the purchase of used goods is one year.
7. data protection
When initiating, concluding, processing and reversing a purchase contract, we collect, store and process data within the framework of the statutory provisions.
When you visit our website, the IP address currently used by your PC, the date and time, the browser type and operating system of your PC as well as the pages viewed by you are logged. However, this does not allow us to draw conclusions about personal data and is not intended to do so.
The personal data that you provide to us, e.g. when placing an order or by e-mail (e.g. your name and contact details), will only be used for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you made the data available to us. We only pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery if this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. In order to process payments, we pass on your payment data to the credit institution commissioned with the payment.
We assure you that we will not pass on your personal data to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have expressly consented in advance. If we make use of the services of third parties for the execution and handling of processing, the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act will be complied with.
Duration of storage
Personal data provided to us via our website is only stored until the purpose for which it was entrusted to us has been fulfilled. Insofar as commercial and tax retention periods are to be observed, the duration of the storage of certain data can be up to 10 years.
Your rights
Should you no longer agree with the storage of your personal data or should this have become incorrect, we will, on a corresponding instruction, initiate the deletion, correction or blocking of your data within the framework of the statutory provisions. 8. applicable law and place of jurisdiction
German law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the company.

You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline - also by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations under Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations under § 312 g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB and not before the purchase contract by your approval of the purchased item for you has become binding. revocation consequences
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) shall be surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender the goods or services received or their uses (e.g. advantages of use) to us, or if you are unable to return or surrender them in full or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss in value. For the deterioration of the goods and for any use made of them, you must pay compensation only if the use or deterioration is attributable to a handling of the goods that goes beyond the inspection of the properties and functionality. Testing the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as it is possible and customary in a retail shop. Goods that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euro or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of revocation. Otherwise the return is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation or the goods, for us with their receipt.

If you are obliged to bear the costs of the return shipment (see return shipping costs), we will charge the shipping costs incurred for the delivery (see shipping costs) for each return shipment if you exercise your right of revocation.

Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by natural wear and tear, improper use and inadequate or incorrect care.

The goods remain the property of BILDimpuls until final payment.
12. storage of the contract text
The contract text is not stored by us and can no longer be retrieved after completion of the order process. However, you can print out the order data immediately after it has been sent. We will also send you an order confirmation as well as an order confirmation with all order data and our general terms and conditions to the e-mail address you specify.
