1.1 For deliveries within Germany we currently offer the following payment options (unless otherwise stated in the individual product offer):

2 delivery
2.1 The dispatch takes place within Germany exclusively insured by DHL. You will find the shipping costs under point 3.1.
2.2 In other countries we also ship exclusively with DHL. You can find the shipping costs for your country under point 3.2.
3 shipping costs
3.1 For shipping within Germany we charge 7.90 EUR flat rate for an insured parcel delivery by DHL. We also deliver to other European countries, the shippers and prices can be found under point 3.2.
3.2 Please note that in the case of cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of intra-Community acquisitions) and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may be payable by you.
We ship according to the DHL country zone lists. If a wrong price should be calculated in the invoice amount due to an incorrect configuration in the shop, we reserve ourselves a change on basis of the current package price lists of the shipping company.

4 delivery times
4.1 The delivery time, after receipt of payment, is about 15-20 working days. There is no delivery on Sundays and holidays. If an item can not be delivered in time, the delivery time will be extended accordingly and the customer will be informed.
4.2 For international shipping we can unfortunately not indicate a delivery time. As a rule, however, approx. 15-25 working days. Also here on Sundays and holidays no delivery will take place.
